LEADERSHIP
INITIATIVES AT VERMONT INSTITUTES
Leadership
is one of the cross-cutting strategies of Vermont Institutes.
We provide professional development, offer administrative retreats,
and analyze systemic structures and conditions, often in partnership
with other statewide organizations. We offer courses, workshops,
seminars, institutes, and academies. |

Our work addresses knowledge, skills, values, beliefs, and
individual and institutional behaviors.
-
Sustained relationships with individuals and systems are
necessary if meaningful change is to take place and take
hold.
-
The investment made in professional development brings greatest
returns when it is set in a comprehensive, coordinated and
long-term plan
